The transformative power of Tai Chi Gung
Tai Chi Gung has transformed my life, and I feel it is my duty to pay it forward. Practicing daily for five years without fail, my physical body has improved, and my energy body has greatly improved. Our thoughts create our reality, and consistent Tai Chi Gung practice cleanses the electromagnetic aura that surrounds and penetrates our physical body. Illness often begins in the electromagnetic field, usually with negative thought patterns. We learn to create space between thoughts, realizing we are not our thoughts, but the consciousness observing them. When we focus our attention on the life force, it regenerates us at the cellular level, leading to longevity. Here, we can begin to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit, creating the reality of our dreams.

Our unique approach to ancient wisdom
My approach to Tai Chi Gung stands out because it is rooted in an undiluted lineage, taught by a great master named Master Lama Rasaji. Lamaji was trained in Tibet by masters whose tradition spans 3,300 years. The First Lama, Lao Tzu, also known as Boganathar, was a master of four yoga disciplines. He observed that many yogis at the time sought to leave the physical realm. After 50 years in the forest, he emerged having created the very exercises I now teach. A key practice involves the infinity or figure 8 pattern, which mimics the natural flow of Chi and is practiced daily. Tai Chi Gung is deeply spiritual, yet offers practical applications for bringing life force into this dimension, allowing us to create heaven on earth.

Positive changes through consistent practice
Practicing Tai Chi Gung with us will positively change your life by allowing you to gain the skill of releasing and letting go. We all carry trauma, both conscious and unconscious, and this system cultivates Chi by drawing it up through the feet, along the spinal column, and out through the head. We then return the Chi in a descending pattern, giving back to Mother Earth for regeneration. It also teaches us to shed the victim mindset and realize that success is possible when we allow the flow of Chi, which then materializes as the flow of wealth. Ultimately, this leads to happiness. Our mission is to bring health, wealth, and happiness to one human family.
