Discover the path to peace and balance
Welcome to Bogastow Meadow Tai Chi Gung, where ancient wisdom meets modern well-being. Explore the transformative power of Tai Chi Gung and learn how it can bring clarity, health, and vitality to your life.

My journey to Tai Chi Gung
What initially drew me to Tai Chi Gung was the profound feeling it evoked the very first time I experienced it. While learning online with CircleofChi.com under Master Lama Rasaji and Master David Paul, I discovered its incredible calming effects. During the intense stress of COVID, I had been engaged in high-intensity CrossFit workouts. However, when I tried Tai Chi Gung, my stress levels rapidly decreased, and I experienced an immediate sense of calm. I could even distinctly feel the Chi, or life force, between my hands after performing the Tai Chi Swim.

The unique Bogastow Meadow experience
What makes our approach to Tai Chi Gung unique is our primary focus on teaching outdoors. I firmly believe that this environment allows students to cultivate a more intimate relationship with the Chi. By connecting with Mother Earth's frequency and the vibrant frequencies of the birds, beavers, geese, hawks, and deer that frequently visit Bogastow Meadow, practitioners can deepen their awareness and experience the flow of life force more profoundly.

Who benefits most from Tai Chi Gung?
While anyone can undoubtedly benefit from Tai Chi Gung, I believe it offers particular advantages to those grappling with significant mental health challenges, such as anxiety and depression, individuals with substance abuse issues, or those experiencing trauma. Tai Chi Gung is fundamentally about releasing negative energies and discovering profound inner peace. I have personally found peace, balance, and transformation through this practice, and it is my lifelong aspiration to share these gifts with others.
"Tai Chi Gung has brought profound peace and clarity into my life. The outdoor practice at Bogastow Meadow is truly transformative!"
